Delivery Times

Please note that estimated delivery times are based upon the time and date your order leaves our Sydney and Victorian warehouses.

Your order will be shipped via Australia Post eParcel or a suitable alternative. We strive to process your order within 24 hours of it being received. In metropolitan areas this will mean delivery within 2-4 business days. In regional areas, delivery will usually take 4-10 business days however; can sometimes be longer in remote areas. Over holiday periods and during sales promotions however this may not always be possible. If your order is delayed for any reason, we endeavor to contact you and advise you of shipping times. 

We ship to Australian post office boxes and to both private and business street addresses. Please ensure you enter your address details carefully when placing your order though as we cannot accept responsibility for extra shipping costs incurred as a result of insufficient or incorrect address information. If your parcel is returned to us because your order did not contain sufficient or complete information, one of our Customer Care Team members will contact you either by telephone or by email – whichever method you elected when you placed your order with us - however you will incur an additional postage and handling fee of $10 regardless of the value of your order. If there is no-one to accept delivery at the street address nominated in your order, the postman will take your parcel to your nearest Australia Post Office, leaving a card at your nominated street address advising you when and where the parcel may be collected at your convenience. There is no additional charge for this service.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What if my Lingerie doesn't fit?

Please note that for health reasons, we are unable to offer an online credit or refund on lingerie items including body stockings, hosiery, thongs, g-strings and briefs. We are also unable to offer an online credit or refund on intimate apparel and/or costumes simply because you "changed your mind".

We MAY issue an online credit or refund on intimate apparel and/or costumes if your outfit does not fit, provided it has not been worn, damaged, soiled or laundered in any way and is returned to us in its original packaging with swing tags and labels attached. Accordingly please ensure you wear under garments when trying these items on at home and take care when unpacking and repacking your outfit. We reserve the right to refuse an online credit or refund if in our opinion the outfit has been worn, soiled or laundered in any way.

Please refer to the size guide in the product description and select your size carefully. Our intimate apparel and costumes are typically tight fitting, so if you are in doubt between two sizes, we suggest purchasing the larger size for a more comfortable fit.

We cannot offer an online credit or refund on any sale, clearance or discounted item, unless the item is found to be faulty.

YOU are responsible for all return shipping costs when sending an item back to us for an online credit or refund. We strongly recommend you send the item to us by registered post and retain your proof of postage as we do not take responsibility for goods lost or misplaced in transit.

You must notify us within five (5) days from the date of receiving your order to be eligible for an online credit or refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
